Првото чудо на Исус
2 По три дена мајка Му на Исус беше на една свадба во градот Кана, во покраината Галилеја. 2 На свадбата беа поканети и Исус со Неговите ученици. 3 Кога виното се потроши, мајка Му на Исус Му рече: „Им снема вино!“
4 „Зошто ме вовлекуваш во ова[a], жено?“ - и одговори Исус. „Моето време[b] се уште не е дојдено!“
5 Тогаш мајка Му им рече на слугите: „Направете се што ќе ви каже!“
6 Таму имаше шест камени садови за вода, кои беа наменети за обредно миење, според еврејскиот обичај. Секој од нив собираше од 80 до 120 литри[c].
7 „Наполнете ги садовите со вода!“ - им рече Исус. Тие ги наполнија до врвот.
8 Потоа им рече: „Нацрпете сега и однесете му на шефот на послугата!“ Тие му однесоа. 9 Кога тој ја проба водата, што сега се беше претворила во вино, не знаејќи од каде е (само слугите кои нацрпија од водата знаеја), го повика младоженецот, 10 па му рече: „Секој човек го служи прво најдоброто вино, а кога ќе се заситат гостите, го служи полошото. Ти, пак, си го чувал најдоброто вино се до сега!“
11 Исус го направи ова во галилејското место Кана и тоа беше Неговото прво чудо[d], со кое Исус ја покажа Својата слава и Неговите ученици поверуваа во Него.
12 По ова, Исус, мајка Mу, Неговите браќа и Неговите ученици заминаа за Кафарнаум, каде што останаа неколку дни.
Злоупотребата на Храмот
(Матеј 21:12-13; Марко 11:15-17; Лука 19:45-46)13 Наближуваше еврејскиот празник Пасха па Исус се искачи[e] во Ерусалим. 14 Таму, пред храмот, Тој затекна продавачи на говеда, овци и гулаби, и менувачи на пари.
15 Откако си направи камшик од јаже, ги избрка сите надвор, заедно со овците и говедата, а на менувачите им ги истури парите и им ги испреврте масите. 16 На продавачите на гулаби им рече: „Изнесете ги одовде! Престанете да го претворате Домот на Мојот Татко во пазариште[f]!“
17 Неговите ученици се сетија дека во Светото Писмо пишува: „Ревноста кон Божјиот Дом Ме изеде[g]!“
18 По тој повод, еврејските верски водачи Му се обратија со прашањето: „Со каков чудотворен знак ќе ни докажеш дека имаш овластување да го правиш ова?“
19 Исус им одговори: „Разурнете го овој храм и Јас за три дена ќе го подигнам!“
20 Тогаш еврејските водачи Му рекоа: „Овој храм бил граден четириесет и шест години, а Ти би го подигнал за три дена!?“ 21 Но, Тој им зборуваше за Своето тело како храм. 22 Затоа, кога воскресна од мртвите, Неговите ученици си спомнаа на тоа што го рече, па поверуваа во Светото Писмо и во зборовите на Исус.
Исус ја познава природата на човекот
23 Додека Исус беше во Ерусалим, за време на празникот Пасха, многумина поверуваа дека Тој е Месијата, гледајќи ги чудата што ги правеше. 24 Самиот Исус, пак, не им се доверуваше, затоа што Тој ги познаваше сите. 25 Немаше потреба некој да му кажува за луѓето, зашто Тој знаеше што се крие во нивните срца.

Jesus Changes Water Into Wine
2 On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee.(A) Jesus’ mother(B) was there, 2 and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding. 3 When the wine was gone, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no more wine.”
4 “Woman,[a](C) why do you involve me?”(D) Jesus replied. “My hour(E) has not yet come.”
5 His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.”(F)
6 Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing,(G) each holding from twenty to thirty gallons.[b]
7 Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim.
8 Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.”
They did so, 9 and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine.(H) He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside 10 and said, “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.”
11 What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs(I) through which he revealed his glory;(J) and his disciples believed in him.(K)
12 After this he went down to Capernaum(L) with his mother(M) and brothers(N) and his disciples. There they stayed for a few days.
Jesus Clears the Temple Courts(O)
13 When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover,(P) Jesus went up to Jerusalem.(Q) 14 In the temple courts he found people selling cattle, sheep and doves,(R) and others sitting at tables exchanging money.(S) 15 So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables. 16 To those who sold doves he said, “Get these out of here! Stop turning my Father’s house(T) into a market!” 17 His disciples remembered that it is written: “Zeal for your house will consume me.”[c](U)
18 The Jews(V) then responded to him, “What sign(W) can you show us to prove your authority to do all this?”(X)
19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.”(Y)
20 They replied, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?” 21 But the temple he had spoken of was his body.(Z) 22 After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said.(AA) Then they believed the scripture(AB) and the words that Jesus had spoken.
23 Now while he was in Jerusalem at the Passover Festival,(AC) many people saw the signs(AD) he was performing and believed(AE) in his name.[d] 24 But Jesus would not entrust himself to them, for he knew all people. 25 He did not need any testimony about mankind,(AF) for he knew what was in each person.(AG)

2 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:
2 And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.
3 And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.
4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.
5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.
6 And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.
7 Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.
8 And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.
9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,
10 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.
11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.
12 After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there not many days.
13 And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
14 And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:
15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;
16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise.
17 And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.
18 Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things?
19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
21 But he spake of the temple of his body.
22 When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.
23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.
24 But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men,
25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.
