خداوند کے جلال کا ہيکل سے چلا جانا
10 تب میں نے اس کٹورے کو دیکھا جو کرو بی فرشتہ کے سروں کے اوپر تھا۔کٹورا کے اوپر کچھ تھا جو دیکھنے میں تاج جیسا معلوم پڑتا تھا۔ کٹورا نیلم کی طرح خالص نیلا نطر آرہا تھا۔ 2 تب اس شخص نے جو تخت پر بیٹھا کتانی لباس پہنے ہوئے شخص سے کہا کہ ان پہیوں کے اندر جاؤ جو کروبی فرشتے کے نیچے ہیں اور آگ کے انگارے جو کروبی فرشتے کے درمیان ہیں مٹھی بھر کر اٹھاؤ اور شہر کے اوپر بکھیر دو۔
وہ گیا اور میں دیکھتا تھا۔ 3 کروبی فرشتہ اس وقت ہیکل کے جنوب کے حصہ میں کھڑا تھا جب وہ شخص بادل میں گھسا بادل اندرونی آنگن میں بھر گیا۔ 4 تب خدا وند کا جلال کروبی فرشتہ سے اٹھ کر ہیکل کی دروازہ کی چوکھٹ پر چلا گیا۔ تب بادل ہیکل میں بھر گیا اور خدا وند کے جلال کا نور پورے آنگن میں بھر گیا۔ 5 کروبی فرشتے کے پروں کی پھر پھراہٹ سارے آنگن میں سنی جا سکتی تھی۔ باہری آنگن میں پھر پھراہٹ بڑی گونج دار تھی۔ ویسی ہی جیسی خدا وند قادر مطلق کی گرجتی آواز ہوتی ہے جب وہ باتیں کرتا ہے۔
6 خدا نے کتانی لباس پہنے ہوئے شخص کو حکم دیا تھا۔ خدا نے اسے طوفانی بادل میں گھسنے کے لئے کہا اور پہیئے اور کروبی فرشتوں کے پیچ سے انگارے لینے کو کہا۔ اس لئے وہ شخص طوفانی بادل میں گھس گیا اور پہیوں میں سے ایک کے آگے کھڑا ہو گیا۔ 7 کروبی فرشتوں میں سے ایک نے اپنا ہاتھ بڑھا یا۔ اس نے کروبی فرشتوں کے علاقے سے آگ لی اور اس نے آگ کو کتانی لباس پہنے ہوئے شخص کے ہاتھوں میں رکھ دیا اور اس شخص نے اسے لی اور وہاں سے چلا گیا۔ 8 کروبی فرشتوں کے پروں کے نیچے کچھ ایسا تھا جو انسانی ہاتھوں کی طرح نظر آتا تھا۔
9 تب میں نے دیکھا کہ وہاں چار پہیئے تھے۔ ہر ایک کروبی فرشتے کے قریب میں ایک ایک پہیا تھا اور پہیا زبر جد کی طرح نظر آتا تھا۔ 10 وہ چار پہیئے تھے اور سب پہیئے ایک جیسے تھے۔ وہ ایسے نظر آتے تھے جیسے ایک پہیا دوسرے پہیئے میں ہو۔ 11 جب وہ چلتے تھے تو کسی بھی رخ میں جا سکتے تھے۔ جب کبھی پہیئے چلتے تو وہ ایک ساتھ چلتے تھے۔ لیکن انکے چلنے کے ساتھ کروبی فرشتے انکے ساتھ ساتھ نہیں چلتے تھے۔ وہ اس رخ میں چلتے تھے جدھر انکا چہرہ ہوتا تھا۔ جب کبھی بھی وہ چلتے تھے تو وہ ادھر ادھر نہیں مڑ تے تھے۔ 12 انکے سارے جسم پر آنکھیں تھیں۔ انکی پشت، انکے ہاتھوں، انکے پروں اور انکے چاروں پہیوں میں آنکھیں تھیں۔ 13 جیسا میں نے سنا، یہ پہیئے 'چرخ ' کہلاتے تھے۔
14 ۔ 15 ہر ایک کروبی فرشتہ چار چہروں والا تھا۔ پہلا چہرہ کروب کا تھا۔ دوسرا چہرہ انسان کا تھا۔ تیسرا چہرہ شیر ببر کا تھا اور چوتھا عقاب کا چہرہ تھا۔ تب میں نے جانا کہ یہ کروبی فرشتے وہ جانور تھے جنہیں میں نے کبار ندی کی رویا میں دیکھا تھا۔
تب کروبی فرشتے وہاں سے اٹھے۔ 16 جب کروبی فرشتے چلے تو اسکے ساتھ پہیئے بھی چلے۔ جب کروبی فرشتوں نے اپنے اپنے پر کھو لے اور وہ ہوا میں اڑے تو پہیوں نے اپنا رخ نہیں بدلا۔ 17 اگر کروبی فرشتے ہوا میں اڑ تے تھے تو پہیئے انکے ساتھ جاتے تھے اور اگر کروبی فرشتے ساکت کھڑے رہتے تھے تو پہیئے بھی ویسا ہی کرتے تھے۔ کیوں؟ کیوں کہ ان میں جانداروں کی روح کی قوت تھی۔
18 تب خدا وند کا جلال ہیکل کے آستانہ سے اٹھا، کروبی فرشتوں کے مقام کے اوپر گیا اور وہاں ٹھہر گیا۔ 19 تب کروبی فرشتے اپنے پر کھو لے اور ہوا میں اڑ گئے۔ میں نے انہیں ہیکل کو چھوڑ تے دیکھا۔ پہیئے بھی انکے ساتھ چلے۔ تب وہ خدا وند کے گھر کے مشرقی پھا ٹک پر ٹھہرے۔ اسرائیل کے خدا کا جلال انکے اوپر تھا۔
20 تب میں نے اسرائیل کے خدا کے جلال کے نیچے جانداروں کو کبار ندی کی رویا میں یاد کیا۔ اور میں نے محسوس کیا کہ وہ جاندار کروبی فرشتے تھے۔ 21 ہر ایک جاندار کے چار چہرے تھے، چار پر تھے اور پروں کے نیچے کچھ ایسا تھا جو انسان کے ہاتھوں کی طرح نظر آتا تھا۔ 22 کروبی فرشتوں کے وہی چار چہرے تھے جو کبار ندی کی رویا کے جاندارو ں کے تھے اور وہ سیدھے آگے اس رُخ میں نظر آتے تھے جدھر وہ جا تے تھے۔

God’s Glory Departs From the Temple
10 I looked, and I saw the likeness of a throne(A) of lapis lazuli(B) above the vault(C) that was over the heads of the cherubim.(D) 2 The Lord said to the man clothed in linen,(E) “Go in among the wheels(F) beneath the cherubim. Fill(G) your hands with burning coals(H) from among the cherubim and scatter them over the city.” And as I watched, he went in.
3 Now the cherubim were standing on the south side of the temple when the man went in, and a cloud filled the inner court. 4 Then the glory of the Lord(I) rose from above the cherubim and moved to the threshold of the temple. The cloud filled the temple, and the court was full of the radiance of the glory of the Lord. 5 The sound of the wings of the cherubim could be heard as far away as the outer court, like the voice(J) of God Almighty[a] when he speaks.(K)
6 When the Lord commanded the man in linen, “Take fire from among the wheels,(L) from among the cherubim,” the man went in and stood beside a wheel. 7 Then one of the cherubim reached out his hand to the fire(M) that was among them. He took up some of it and put it into the hands of the man in linen, who took it and went out. 8 (Under the wings of the cherubim could be seen what looked like human hands.)(N)
9 I looked, and I saw beside the cherubim four wheels, one beside each of the cherubim; the wheels sparkled like topaz.(O) 10 As for their appearance, the four of them looked alike; each was like a wheel intersecting a wheel. 11 As they moved, they would go in any one of the four directions the cherubim faced; the wheels did not turn about[b] as the cherubim went. The cherubim went in whatever direction the head faced, without turning as they went. 12 Their entire bodies, including their backs, their hands and their wings, were completely full of eyes,(P) as were their four wheels.(Q) 13 I heard the wheels being called “the whirling wheels.” 14 Each of the cherubim(R) had four faces:(S) One face was that of a cherub, the second the face of a human being, the third the face of a lion,(T) and the fourth the face of an eagle.(U)
15 Then the cherubim rose upward. These were the living creatures(V) I had seen by the Kebar River.(W) 16 When the cherubim moved, the wheels beside them moved; and when the cherubim spread their wings to rise from the ground, the wheels did not leave their side. 17 When the cherubim stood still, they also stood still; and when the cherubim rose, they rose with them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in them.(X)
18 Then the glory(Y) of the Lord departed from over the threshold of the temple and stopped above the cherubim.(Z) 19 While I watched, the cherubim spread their wings and rose from the ground, and as they went, the wheels went with them.(AA) They stopped at the entrance of the east gate of the Lord’s house, and the glory(AB) of the God of Israel was above them.
20 These were the living creatures I had seen beneath the God of Israel by the Kebar River,(AC) and I realized that they were cherubim. 21 Each had four faces(AD) and four wings,(AE) and under their wings was what looked like human hands. 22 Their faces had the same appearance as those I had seen by the Kebar River.(AF) Each one went straight ahead.

10 Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
2 And he spake unto the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in between the wheels, even under the cherub, and fill thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and scatter them over the city. And he went in in my sight.
3 Now the cherubims stood on the right side of the house, when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court.
4 Then the glory of the Lord went up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the Lord's glory.
5 And the sound of the cherubims' wings was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God when he speaketh.
6 And it came to pass, that when he had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubims; then he went in, and stood beside the wheels.
7 And one cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubims unto the fire that was between the cherubims, and took thereof, and put it into the hands of him that was clothed with linen: who took it, and went out.
8 And there appeared in the cherubims the form of a man's hand under their wings.
9 And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was as the colour of a beryl stone.
10 And as for their appearances, they four had one likeness, as if a wheel had been in the midst of a wheel.
11 When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went.
12 And their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes round about, even the wheels that they four had.
13 As for the wheels, it was cried unto them in my hearing, O wheel.
14 And every one had four faces: the first face was the face of a cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.
15 And the cherubims were lifted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river of Chebar.
16 And when the cherubims went, the wheels went by them: and when the cherubims lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the same wheels also turned not from beside them.
17 When they stood, these stood; and when they were lifted up, these lifted up themselves also: for the spirit of the living creature was in them.
18 Then the glory of the Lord departed from off the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubims.
19 And the cherubims lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight: when they went out, the wheels also were beside them, and every one stood at the door of the east gate of the Lord's house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
20 This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river of Chebar; and I knew that they were the cherubims.
21 Every one had four faces apiece, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.
22 And the likeness of their faces was the same faces which I saw by the river of Chebar, their appearances and themselves: they went every one straight forward.
