Ang mga Opisyal sang mga Soldado
27 Amo ini ang lista sang mga pangulo, mga kumander, kag mga opisyal sang mga Israelinhon nga nagaalagad sa hari bilang mga manugdumala sang grupo sang mga soldado nga nagaalagad sing isa ka bulan kada tuig. Ang kada grupo may 24,000 ka soldado.
2 Si Jashobeam nga anak ni Zabdiel amo ang kumander sang mga soldado sa nahauna nga bulan. May 24,000 ka soldado sa iya grupo. 3 Kaliwat siya ni Perez kag pangulo sang tanan nga opisyal sang mga soldado sa nahauna nga bulan.
4 Si Dodai nga kaliwat ni Ahoa amo ang kumander sang mga soldado sa ikaduha nga bulan. May 24,000 ka soldado sa iya grupo. Si Miklot amo ang pinakamataas niya nga opisyal sa iya grupo.
5 Si Benaya nga anak ni Jehoyada nga pari amo ang kumander sang mga soldado sa ikatatlo nga bulan. May 24,000 ka soldado sa iya grupo. 6 Ining si Benaya amo ang maisog nga lider sang 30 ka maisog nga mga tinawo ni David. Ang iya anak nga si Amizabad amo ang pinakamataas niya nga opisyal sa iya grupo.

10 Si Helez nga taga-Pelon nga kaliwat ni Efraim amo ang kumander sang mga soldado sa ikapito nga bulan. May 24,000 ka soldado sa iya grupo.
11 Si Sibecai nga taga-Husha nga kaliwat ni Zera amo ang kumander sang mga soldado sa ikawalo nga bulan. May 24,000 ka soldado sa iya grupo.
12 Si Abiezer nga taga-Anatot nga kaliwat ni Benjamin amo ang kumander sang mga soldado sa ikasiyam nga bulan. May 24,000 ka soldado sa iya grupo.
13 Si Maharai nga taga-Netofa nga kaliwat ni Zera amo ang kumander sang mga soldado sa ikanapulo nga bulan. May 24,000 ka soldado sa iya grupo.
14 Si Benaya nga taga-Piraton nga kaliwat ni Efraim amo ang kumander sang mga soldado sa ika-11 nga bulan. May 24,000 ka soldado sa iya grupo.
15 Si Heldai[b] nga taga-Netofa nga kaliwat ni Otniel amo ang kumander sang mga soldado sa ika-12 nga bulan. May 24,000 ka soldado sa iya grupo.

17 Sa tribo ni Levi: si Hashabia nga anak ni Kemuel.
Sa kaliwat ni Aaron: si Zadok.
18 Sa tribo ni Juda: si Elihu nga utod ni David.
Sa tribo ni Isacar: si Omri nga anak ni Micael.
19 Sa tribo ni Zebulun: si Ishmaya nga anak ni Obadias.
Sa tribo ni Naftali: si Jeremot nga anak ni Azriel.
20 Sa tribo ni Efraim: si Hoseas nga anak ni Azazia.
Sa katunga nga tribo ni Manase: si Joel nga anak ni Pedaya.
21 Sa katunga pa gid nga tribo ni Manase sa Gilead: si Iddo nga anak ni Zacarias.
Sa tribo ni Benjamin: si Jaasiel nga anak ni Abner.
22 Sa tribo ni Dan: si Azarel nga anak ni Jeroham.
Sila ang mga opisyal sa mga tribo sang Israel.
23 Sang ginsensos ni David ang mga tawo, wala niya ginlakip ang mga wala pa nagaedad sing 20 ka tuig, tungod nagpromisa ang Ginoo nga padamuon gid niya ang mga Israelinhon pareho sa mga bituon sa langit. 24 Ginsuguran ni Joab nga anak ni Zeruya ang pagsensos sa mga tawo pero wala niya ini matapos tungod naakig ang Dios sa sini nga sensos. Gani wala malista sa listahan ni Haring David ang kabug-usan nga kadamuon sang mga Israelinhon.

25 Si Azmavet nga anak ni Adiel amo ang nagadumala sang mga bodega sang palasyo sang hari.
Si Jonatan nga anak ni Uzia amo ang nagadumala sang mga bodega sa mga distrito, mga banwa, mga baryo, kag sa mga tore.
26 Si Ezri nga anak ni Kelub amo ang nagadumala sang mga nagaobra sa uma sang hari.
27 Si Shimei nga taga-Rama amo ang nagadumala sang mga talamnan sang ubas sang hari.
Si Zabdi nga taga-Shifam amo ang nagadumala sang mga ubas kag mga bino sang hari.
28 Si Baal Hanan nga taga-Geder amo ang nagadumala sang mga kahoy nga olibo kag sikomoro sa mga bulobukid sa nakatundan.[c]
Si Joash amo ang nagadumala sang mga talaguan sang lana sang olibo.
29 Si Shitrai nga taga-Sharon amo ang nagadumala sang mga baka nga nagahalab sa Sharon.
Si Shafat nga anak ni Adlai amo ang nagadumala sang mga baka sa mga kapatagan.
30 Si Obil nga Ishmaelinhon amo ang nagadumala sang mga kamelyo.
Si Jedea nga taga-Meronot amo ang nagadumala sang mga asno.
31 Si Jaziz nga Hagarnon amo ang nagadumala sang mga karnero.
Amo ini sila tanan ang mga opisyal nga nagadumala sang mga pagkabutang ni Haring David.
32 Si Jonatan nga tiyo ni Haring David amo ang iya manuglaygay. Isa siya ka maalamon nga tawo kag manunulat. Si Jehiel nga anak ni Hacmoni amo ang manunudlo sang mga anak sang hari. 33 Si Ahitofel ang isa pa ka manuglaygay sang hari. Si Hushai nga Arkhanon malapit nga abyan sang hari. 34 Sang mapatay si Ahitofel, ginbuslan siya ni Jehoyada (nga anak ni Benaya) kag ni Abiatar. Si Joab amo ang kumander sang mga soldado sang hari.

Army Divisions
27 This is the list of the Israelites—heads of families, commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds, and their officers, who served the king in all that concerned the army divisions that were on duty month by month throughout the year. Each division consisted of 24,000 men.
2 In charge of the first division, for the first month, was Jashobeam(A) son of Zabdiel. There were 24,000 men in his division. 3 He was a descendant of Perez and chief of all the army officers for the first month.
4 In charge of the division for the second month was Dodai(B) the Ahohite; Mikloth was the leader of his division. There were 24,000 men in his division.
5 The third army commander, for the third month, was Benaiah(C) son of Jehoiada the priest. He was chief and there were 24,000 men in his division. 6 This was the Benaiah who was a mighty warrior among the Thirty and was over the Thirty. His son Ammizabad was in charge of his division.
7 The fourth, for the fourth month, was Asahel(D) the brother of Joab; his son Zebadiah was his successor. There were 24,000 men in his division.
8 The fifth, for the fifth month, was the commander Shamhuth(E) the Izrahite. There were 24,000 men in his division.
9 The sixth, for the sixth month, was Ira(F) the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite. There were 24,000 men in his division.
10 The seventh, for the seventh month, was Helez(G) the Pelonite, an Ephraimite. There were 24,000 men in his division.
11 The eighth, for the eighth month, was Sibbekai(H) the Hushathite, a Zerahite. There were 24,000 men in his division.
12 The ninth, for the ninth month, was Abiezer(I) the Anathothite, a Benjamite. There were 24,000 men in his division.
13 The tenth, for the tenth month, was Maharai(J) the Netophathite, a Zerahite. There were 24,000 men in his division.
14 The eleventh, for the eleventh month, was Benaiah(K) the Pirathonite, an Ephraimite. There were 24,000 men in his division.
15 The twelfth, for the twelfth month, was Heldai(L) the Netophathite, from the family of Othniel.(M) There were 24,000 men in his division.
Leaders of the Tribes
16 The leaders of the tribes of Israel:
over the Reubenites: Eliezer son of Zikri;
over the Simeonites: Shephatiah son of Maakah;
17 over Levi: Hashabiah(N) son of Kemuel;
over Aaron: Zadok;(O)
18 over Judah: Elihu, a brother of David;
over Issachar: Omri son of Michael;
19 over Zebulun: Ishmaiah son of Obadiah;
over Naphtali: Jerimoth son of Azriel;
20 over the Ephraimites: Hoshea son of Azaziah;
over half the tribe of Manasseh: Joel son of Pedaiah;
21 over the half-tribe of Manasseh in Gilead: Iddo son of Zechariah;
over Benjamin: Jaasiel son of Abner;
22 over Dan: Azarel son of Jeroham.
These were the leaders of the tribes of Israel.
23 David did not take the number of the men twenty years old or less,(P) because the Lord had promised to make Israel as numerous as the stars(Q) in the sky. 24 Joab son of Zeruiah began to count the men but did not finish. God’s wrath came on Israel on account of this numbering,(R) and the number was not entered in the book[a] of the annals of King David.
The King’s Overseers
25 Azmaveth son of Adiel was in charge of the royal storehouses.
Jonathan son of Uzziah was in charge of the storehouses in the outlying districts, in the towns, the villages and the watchtowers.
26 Ezri son of Kelub was in charge of the workers who farmed the land.
27 Shimei the Ramathite was in charge of the vineyards.
Zabdi the Shiphmite was in charge of the produce of the vineyards for the wine vats.
28 Baal-Hanan the Gederite was in charge of the olive and sycamore-fig(S) trees in the western foothills.
Joash was in charge of the supplies of olive oil.
29 Shitrai the Sharonite was in charge of the herds grazing in Sharon.(T)
Shaphat son of Adlai was in charge of the herds in the valleys.
30 Obil the Ishmaelite was in charge of the camels.
Jehdeiah the Meronothite was in charge of the donkeys.
31 Jaziz the Hagrite(U) was in charge of the flocks.
All these were the officials in charge of King David’s property.
32 Jonathan, David’s uncle, was a counselor, a man of insight and a scribe. Jehiel son of Hakmoni took care of the king’s sons.
33 Ahithophel(V) was the king’s counselor.
Hushai(W) the Arkite was the king’s confidant. 34 Ahithophel was succeeded by Jehoiada son of Benaiah and by Abiathar.(X)
Joab(Y) was the commander of the royal army.
