1 Chronicles 29:25-27

²⁵ and Jehovah maketh Solomon exceedingly great before the eyes of all Israel, and putteth upon him the honour of the kingdom that hath not been on any king over Israel before him.

²⁶ And David son of Jesse hath reigned over all Israel,

²⁷ and the days that he hath reigned over Israel [are] forty years; in Hebron he reigned seven years, and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three;
