32 ‘I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham and of Isaac and of Jacob!’[a] So Moses began trembling and[b] did not dare to look at it.[c] 33 And the Lord said to him, ‘Untie the sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground. 34 I have certainly seen[d] the mistreatment of my people who are in Egypt and have heard their groaning, and I have come down to deliver them.
