¹³ And the Lord did as Moses promised—dead frogs covered the countryside and filled the nation’s homes. ¹⁴ They were piled into great heaps, making a terrible stench throughout the land. ¹⁵ But when Pharaoh saw that the frogs were gone, he hardened his heart and refused to let the people go, just as the Lord had predicted.
