³ the word of the Lord came^(A) directly to Ezekiel^(B) the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans^(C) by the Chebar Canal. And the Lord’s hand was on him there.^(D)

¹⁴ So the Spirit lifted me up and took me away. I left in bitterness and in an angry spirit, and the Lord’s hand was on me powerfully.^(A)
