22 (A) A priest must not marry a divorced woman; he can marry only a virgin from Israel or the widow of another priest.

23 (B) Priests must teach my people the difference between what is sacred and what is ordinary, and between what is clean and what is unclean. 24 They will make decisions in difficult legal cases, according to my own laws. They must also observe the religious festivals my Law requires and must always respect the Sabbath.

24 “‘In any dispute, the priests are to serve as judges(D) and decide it according to my ordinances. They are to keep my laws and my decrees for all my appointed festivals,(E) and they are to keep my Sabbaths holy.(F)
