²⁶ They will live there in safety^(A) and will build houses and plant^(B) vineyards; they will live in safety when I inflict punishment^(C) on all their neighbors who maligned them. Then they will know that I am the Lord their God.^(D)’”

³ therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am against you, Tyre, and I will bring many nations against you, like the sea^(A) casting up its waves.

¹⁶ You will advance against my people Israel like a cloud^(A) that covers the land.^(B) In days to come, Gog, I will bring you against my land, so that the nations may know me when I am proved holy^(C) through you before their eyes.^(D)

¹³ All the people of the land will bury them, and the day I display my glory^(A) will be a memorable day for them, declares the Sovereign Lord.
