3 And he said, I am God, the God of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation: 4 I will go down with thee into Egypt; and I will also surely bring thee up again: and Joseph shall put his hand upon thine eyes. 5 And Jacob rose up from Beer-sheba: and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, and their little ones, and their wives, in the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him.

3 “I am God, the God of your father,”(A) he said. “Do not be afraid(B) to go down to Egypt,(C) for I will make you into a great nation(D) there.(E) 4 I will go down to Egypt with you, and I will surely bring you back again.(F) And Joseph’s own hand will close your eyes.(G)”
5 Then Jacob left Beersheba,(H) and Israel’s(I) sons took their father Jacob and their children and their wives in the carts(J) that Pharaoh had sent to transport him.
