⁴ which I commanded your ancestors when I brought them out of the land of Egypt,^(A) out of the iron furnace.’^(B) I declared: ‘Obey Me, and do everything that I command you, and you will be My people, and I will be your God,’^(C)

⁷ I will give them a heart to know Me,^(A) that I am Yahweh. They will be My people, and I will be their God because they will return to Me with all their heart.^(B)

³³ “Instead, this is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after those days”—the Lord’s declaration. “I will put My teaching within them and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be My people.
