³ If he will contend with him, he cannot answer him one of a thousand.

²⁹ Be ye afraid of the sword: for wrath bringeth the punishments of the sword, that ye may know there is a judgment.

² And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.

¹⁴ The Lord will enter into judgment with the ancients of his people, and the princes thereof: for ye have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor is in your houses.

³⁵ And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face.
