Leviticus 13:43-45

⁴³ The priest shall examine it. If the discoloration of the infection is reddish-white on his bald head or on his bald forehead and it looks like the disease on the skin of the body, ⁴⁴ he has an impure skin disease. He is unclean. The priest shall declare him completely unclean. It is an infection on his head.

⁴⁵ The person with the skin disease who has an infection on him must wear torn clothes and let his hair be disheveled. He must cover his upper lip and cry out, “Unclean! Unclean!”
