Luke 4:2-4

2 where he was tempted by the Devil for forty days. He did not eat anything during those days. When they came to an end, he was hungry. 3 The Devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God, tell this stone to become bread.”

4 Jesus answered him, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.’”[a]
