17 I’m not hoping for a gift, but I am hoping for a profit that accumulates in your account. 18 I now have plenty and it is more than enough. I am full to overflowing because I received the gifts that you sent from Epaphroditus. Those gifts give off a fragrant aroma, an acceptable sacrifice that pleases God. 19 My God will meet your every need out of his riches in the glory that is found in Christ Jesus.

17 Not that I desire your gifts; what I desire is that more be credited to your account.(A) 18 I have received full payment and have more than enough. I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus(B) the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant(C) offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. 19 And my God will meet all your needs(D) according to the riches of his glory(E) in Christ Jesus.
