Psalm 147:7-15

New International Version

⁷ Sing to the Lord^(A) with grateful praise;^(B)
    make music^(C) to our God on the harp.^(D)

⁸ He covers the sky with clouds;^(E)
    he supplies the earth with rain^(F)
    and makes grass grow^(G) on the hills.
⁹ He provides food^(H) for the cattle
    and for the young ravens^(I) when they call.

¹⁰ His pleasure is not in the strength^(J) of the horse,^(K)
    nor his delight in the legs of the warrior;
¹¹ the Lord delights^(L) in those who fear him,^(M)
    who put their hope^(N) in his unfailing love.^(O)

¹² Extol the Lord, Jerusalem;^(P)
    praise your God, Zion.

¹³ He strengthens the bars of your gates^(Q)
    and blesses your people^(R) within you.
¹⁴ He grants peace^(S) to your borders
    and satisfies you^(T) with the finest of wheat.^(U)

¹⁵ He sends his command^(V) to the earth;
    his word runs^(W) swiftly.
