49 ^(A)Hear this, all peoples;
Give ear, all ^(B)inhabitants of the world,

41 “^(A)Coastlands, listen to Me ^(B)in silence,
And let the peoples ^(C)gain new power;
^(D)Let them come forward, then let them speak;
^(E)Let us draw near together for judgment.

⁹ All the nations have ^(A)gathered together
So that the peoples may be assembled.
Who among them can ^(B)declare this
And make us hear the former things?
Let them present ^(C)their witnesses ^(D)that they may be justified,
Or let them hear and say, “It is true.”
