Psalm 55:11-13
New King James Version
11 Destruction is in its midst;
(A)Oppression and deceit do not depart from its streets.
12 (B)For it is not an enemy who reproaches me;
Then I could bear it.
Nor is it one who hates me who has (C)exalted himself against me;
Then I could hide from him.
13 But it was you, a man my equal,
(D)My companion and my acquaintance.
Psalm 55:11-13
New International Version
12 If an enemy were insulting me,
I could endure it;
if a foe were rising against me,
I could hide.
13 But it is you, a man like myself,
my companion, my close friend,(C)
