Ang Pulong Sang Dios
Paghandom sa Dios
63 O Dios, ikaw ang akon Dios.
Ginapangita ko gid ikaw.
Nauhaw ang akon bug-os nga kabuhi sa imo,
pareho nga nauhaw ako samtang ara ako sa mamala nga duta nga wala gid sing tubig.
2 Nakita ko gid ang imo pagkagamhanan kag pagkahalangdon sa imo templo.
3 Dayawon ko ikaw tungod kay ang imo gugma mas bilidhon pa sang sa kabuhi.
4 Pasalamatan ko ikaw samtang nagakabuhi ako.
Bayawon ko ang akon mga kamot sa pagpangamuyo sa imo.[a]
5 Mangin kontento ako pareho sa tawo nga busog gid sa punsyon.
Kag magadayaw ako sa imo nga nagahugyaw sa kalipay.[b]
6 Samtang nagahigda ako ginadumdom ko ikaw.
Sa bilog nga gab-i nagapamalandong ako sa imo,
7 kay ikaw ang nagabulig sa akon.
Magahugyaw ako sa kalipay[c] samtang ginaprotektaran mo ako
pareho sang pagprotektar sang pispis sa iya mga buto sa idalom sang iya mga pakpak.
8 Nagapalapit ako sa imo, kag ginauyatan mo ako agod indi ako maano.
9 Ang mga nagatinguha sa pagpatay sa akon magakadto sa lugar sang mga patay.
10 Magakalamatay sila sa inaway, kag ang ila mga bangkay kaunon sang talunon nga mga ido.[d]
11 Magakalipay ang hari tungod sa ginhimo sang Dios sa iya.
Magakalipay man ang tanan nga nagapromisa sa ngalan sang Dios.
Pero pahipuson sang Dios ang mga baba sang mga butigon.

A psalm of David. When he was in the Desert of Judah.
1 You, God, are my God,
earnestly I seek you;
I thirst for you,(A)
my whole being longs for you,
in a dry and parched land
where there is no water.(B)
2 I have seen you in the sanctuary(C)
and beheld your power and your glory.(D)
3 Because your love is better than life,(E)
my lips will glorify you.
4 I will praise you as long as I live,(F)
and in your name I will lift up my hands.(G)
5 I will be fully satisfied as with the richest of foods;(H)
with singing lips my mouth will praise you.
6 On my bed I remember you;
I think of you through the watches of the night.(I)
7 Because you are my help,(J)
I sing in the shadow of your wings.(K)
8 I cling to you;(L)
your right hand upholds me.(M)

63 O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
2 To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
3 Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.
4 Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:
6 When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.
7 Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
8 My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
9 But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
10 They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.
11 But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.
