G. Martyrs' Song of Moses (15:1-4)

Whereas the leopard beast emerged from the sea as the enemy of God, here victorious martyrs stand on a firm sea of glass. The song of Moses contains OT texts acknowledging God as Lord, King of the nations, holy and true. God’s moral traits stand in contrast with the deceitful ways of the beasts. Again John applied the OT to his situation.
