ELIASIS ĭ lī’ ə sĭs (̓Ελιασις). One of the sons of Bani of the non-priestly, non-levitical families (KJV “Maani”) who put away foreign wives and children (1 Esd 9:34). His name does not appear in the parallel account in Ezra 10:36, 37.
