EZEL ē’ zəl (אֵ֖צֶל). According to MT of 1 Samuel 20:19, the name of a stone (so KJV). But LXX (and RSV) understand this as a mistake for “yonder cairn,” a reading requiring only the transposition of two letters in Heb.
