9:11–15 Amos concludes with an oracle of promised restoration ordered as follows: (a) reconstruction (v. 11); (b) conquest (v. 12); (c) fruitful abundance (v. 13); (d) rebuilding and replanting (v. 14); (e) enduring security (9:15). Amos assures his readers that once the judgment of exile is past, restoration is as certain as was dispersion.
