7:1–7 Micah laments that no righteous are found (vv. 1–4) and bemoans the resulting social and national confusion that is both the result and punishment of their sin (vv. 4–6). Particularly striking is the description of the breakdown of family order. Micah concludes, however, with the confidence that beyond God’s judgment lies salvation (v. 7).
