Ecclesiastes 4:12

And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threestrand cord is not quickly broken.
And if a man prevail against him that is alone, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And though one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
And though a man might prevail against him who is alone, two will withstand him. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And if someone overpowers one person, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not easily broken.
Also, one can be overpowered, but two together can put up resistance. A three-ply cord doesn’t easily snap.
Moreover, an attacker may defeat someone who is alone, but two can resist him; and a three-stranded cord is not easily broken.
Someone might be able to beat up one of you, but not both of you. As the saying goes, “A rope made from three strands of cord is hard to break.”
And if a [man] overpower the one, the two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And if a man prevail against one, two shall withstand him: a threefold cord is not easily broken.
An enemy might be able to defeat one person, but two people can stand back-to-back to defend each other. And three people are even stronger. They are like a rope that has three parts wrapped together—it is very hard to break.
If you are alone, one person might attack you and hurt you. But two people together can help each other to win the fight. If you use three strings to make a rope, it is difficult for anyone to break it.
Though an attacker can overpower one person, two people together can stand up against him. A rope with three strands is not quickly snapped.
And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
·An enemy [L Someone] might ·defeat [overpower] one person, but two people together can ·defend themselves [L stand up against them]; ·a rope that is woven of three strings is hard to break [T a three-stranded cord does not quickly snap; C having a friend is good, having more friends is better].
And if one overcome him, two shall stand against him: and a threefold cord is not easily broken.
Though one person may be overpowered by another, two people can resist one opponent. A triple-braided rope is not easily broken.
Two people can resist an attack that would defeat one person alone. A rope made of three cords is hard to break.
And if someone overpowers one person, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not easily broken.
An enemy might defeat one person, but two people together can defend themselves. A rope that has three parts wrapped together is hard to break.
If someone attacks one of them, the two of them together will resist. Furthermore, the tri-braided cord is not soon broken.
And if one prevails against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can stand against him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.
Although an assailant may overpower one person, two may withstand him. A threefold cord is not easily broken!
And one standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer; three is even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.
By yourself you’re unprotected. With a friend you can face the worst. Can you round up a third? A three-stranded rope isn’t easily snapped. * * *
And if someone might overpower another by himself, two together can withstand him. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.
Though one person may be overpowered by another, two people can resist one opponent. A triple-braided rope is not easily broken.
Where one alone may be overcome, two together can resist. A three-ply cord is not easily broken.
And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.
And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.
And where a single man can be overcome, two together will be able to resist. A cord with three strands is not easily broken.
An enemy might defeat one person, but two people together can defend themselves; a rope that is woven of three strings is hard to break.
Although an assailant may overpower one person, two can withstand him. Moreover, a three-stranded cord is not quickly broken.
One person could be overpowered. But two people can stand up for themselves. And a rope made out of three cords isn’t easily broken.
Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
One man is able to have power over him who is alone, but two can stand against him. It is not easy to break a rope made of three strings.
A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.
And though one might prevail against another, two will withstand one. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And though one might prevail against another, two will withstand one. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And though one might prevail against another, two will withstand one. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And though one might prevail against another, two will withstand one. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.
Though echad may be overpowered, shnayim shall withstand him; and a khoot hameshulash (threefold cord) is not quickly broken.
And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.
Though a man might overpower one, two can stand against him. Moreover a threefold cord cannot be quickly broken.
And if one person is vulnerable to attack, two can drive the attacker away. As the saying goes, “A rope made of three strands is not quickly broken.”
If a man prevails against one who is alone, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
And if any man hath [the] mastery against one, twain against-stand him; a threefold cord is broken of hard (a threefold cord is much harder to break).
And if the one strengthen himself, the two stand against him; and the threefold cord is not hastily broken.
