The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways, and a good man shall be satisfied from himself.

The backslider in heart will have his fill with his own [rotten] ways, But a good man will be satisfied with his ways [the godly thought and action which his heart pursues and in which he delights].
The backslider in heart [from God and from fearing God] shall be filled with [the fruit of] his own ways, and a good man shall be satisfied with [the fruit of] his ways [with the holy thoughts and actions which his heart prompts and in which he delights].

The disloyal one will get what his conduct deserves, and a good one, what his deeds deserve.
Rebellious hearts receive satisfaction from their ways; the good receive the due reward for their deeds.

The perverse man suffers the consequences of his ways, while a good man reaps what his deeds deserve.
