A wicked man hardeneth his face, but as for the upright, he considereth his ways.
A wicked man hardeneth his face; But as for the upright, he establisheth his ways.
A wicked man puts on a bold face, But as for the upright, he considers, directs, and establishes his way [with the confidence of integrity].
