⁶¹ But Jesus, because he^[a] knew within himself that his disciples were grumbling about this, said to them, “Does this cause you to be offended? ⁶² Then what if you see the Son of Man ascending where he was before? ⁶³ The Spirit is the one who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.
