²³“Tell Aaron and his sons, ‘This is how you are to bless^(A) the Israelites. Say to them:

²³Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them,

¹¹The Lord gives strength to his people;^(A)
the Lord blesses his people with peace.^(B)

¹¹The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.

⁸May those who pass by not say to them,
“The blessing of the Lord be on you;
we bless you^(A) in the name of the Lord.”

⁸Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the Lord be upon you: we bless you in the name of the Lord.
