Isaiah 29:18-20

¹⁸ The deaf will hear the words in the book. The blind will see through the darkness and fog. ¹⁹ The Lord will make poor people happy. The poorest people will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

²⁰ This will happen when the people who are mean and cruel have come to an end. It will happen when those who enjoy doing bad things are gone.
