² To ^(A)the church of God which is in ^(B)Corinth, to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, ^[a]saints ^(C)by calling, with all who in every place ^(D)call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours:

¹² For just ^(A)as the body is one and yet has many parts, and all the parts of the body, though they are many, are one body, ^(B)so also is Christ.

²³ which is His ^(A)body, the ^(B)fullness of Him who ^(C)fills ^(D)all in all.

^12 (A)for the equipping of the ^[a]saints for the work of ministry, for the building up of ^(B)the body of Christ;

¹⁸ He is also the ^(A)head of ^(B)the body, the church; and He is ^(C)the beginning, ^(D)the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything.
