1 Corinthians 10:27-29
GOD’S WORD Translation
27 If an unbeliever invites you ⌞to his house for dinner⌟, and you wish to go, eat anything he serves you without letting your conscience trouble you. 28 However, if someone says to you, “This was sacrificed to a god,” don’t eat it because of the one who informed you and because of conscience. 29 I’m not talking about your conscience but the other person’s conscience. Why should my freedom be judged by someone else’s conscience?

1 Corinthians 10:27-29
New International Version
27 If an unbeliever invites you to a meal and you want to go, eat whatever is put before you(A) without raising questions of conscience. 28 But if someone says to you, “This has been offered in sacrifice,” then do not eat it, both for the sake of the one who told you and for the sake of conscience.(B) 29 I am referring to the other person’s conscience, not yours. For why is my freedom(C) being judged by another’s conscience?
