1 Corinthians 11:29-31

29 For anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgement on himself. 30 That is why many of you are weak and ill, and some (A)have died.[a] 31 (B)But if we judged[b] ourselves truly, we would not be judged.

29 For those who eat and drink without discerning the body of Christ eat and drink judgment on themselves. 30 That is why many among you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep.(A) 31 But if we were more discerning with regard to ourselves, we would not come under such judgment.(B)
