1 Corinthians 4:12-14
Darby Translation
12 and labour, working with our own hands. Railed at, we bless; persecuted, we suffer [it];
13 insulted, we entreat: we are become as [the] offscouring of the world, [the] refuse of all, until now.
14 Not [as] chiding do I write these things to you, but as my beloved children I admonish [you].

12 We work hard with our own hands.(A) When we are cursed, we bless;(B) when we are persecuted,(C) we endure it; 13 when we are slandered, we answer kindly. We have become the scum of the earth, the garbage(D) of the world—right up to this moment.
