13 Food is for the stomach, and the stomach is for food, but God will put an end to both of them. However, the body is not for sexual sin but for the Lord, and the Lord is for the body. 14 God brought the Lord back to life, and by his power God will also bring us back to life.
15 Don’t you realize that your bodies are parts of Christ’s body? Should I take the parts of Christ’s body and make them parts of a prostitute’s body? That’s unthinkable!

13 You say, “Food for the stomach and the stomach for food, and God will destroy them both.”(A) The body, however, is not meant for sexual immorality but for the Lord,(B) and the Lord for the body. 14 By his power God raised the Lord from the dead,(C) and he will raise us also.(D) 15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ himself?(E) Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never!
