1 John 1:8-10

8 (A)[a] If we say that we have no sin, we [b]deceive ourselves, and [c]truth is not in us.
9 [d]If we acknowledge our sins, he is [e]faithful and just, to [f]forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 [g]If we say, we have not sinned, we make him [h]a liar, and his [i]word is not in us.
