22 I will make your household like that of Jeroboam, Nebat’s son, and like the household of Baasha, Ahijah’s son, because of the way you’ve angered me and because you’ve made Israel sin. 23 As for Jezebel, the Lord says this: Dogs will devour Jezebel in the area of Jezreel. 24 Dogs will eat anyone of Ahab’s family who dies in town, and birds will eat anyone who dies in the country.”

22 I will make your house(A) like that of Jeroboam son of Nebat and that of Baasha son of Ahijah, because you have aroused my anger and have caused Israel to sin.’(B)
23 “And also concerning Jezebel the Lord says: ‘Dogs(C) will devour Jezebel by the wall of[a] Jezreel.’
24 “Dogs(D) will eat those belonging to Ahab who die in the city, and the birds(E) will feed on those who die in the country.”
