22 I will make your house like the house of Jeroboam(A) son of Nebat and like the house of Baasha(B) son of Ahijah, because you have angered me and caused Israel to sin.’(C) 23 The Lord also speaks of Jezebel: ‘The dogs will eat Jezebel in the plot of land[a] at Jezreel:(D)
24 Anyone who belongs to Ahab and dies in the city, the dogs will eat,
and anyone who dies in the field, the birds[b] will eat.’”(E)

New International Version
22 I will make your house(A) like that of Jeroboam son of Nebat and that of Baasha son of Ahijah, because you have aroused my anger and have caused Israel to sin.’(B)
23 “And also concerning Jezebel the Lord says: ‘Dogs(C) will devour Jezebel by the wall of[a] Jezreel.’
24 “Dogs(D) will eat those belonging to Ahab who die in the city, and the birds(E) will feed on those who die in the country.”
