4 And in the house he made windows, [a]broad without, and narrow within.
5 And by the wall of the house he made [b]galleries round about, even by the walls of the house round about the Temple and [c]the oracle, and made chambers round about.
6 And the nethermost gallery was five cubits broad, and the middlemost six cubits broad, and the third seven cubits broad: for he made [d]rests round about without the house, that the beams should not be fastened in the walls of the house.

New International Version
4 He made narrow windows(A) high up in the temple walls. 5 Against the walls of the main hall and inner sanctuary he built a structure around the building, in which there were side rooms.(B) 6 The lowest floor was five cubits[a] wide, the middle floor six cubits[b] and the third floor seven.[c] He made offset ledges around the outside of the temple so that nothing would be inserted into the temple walls.
