¹⁷For it is better, if it is God’s will,^(A) to suffer for doing good^(B) than for doing evil.

¹⁷For it is better, if it is the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.

¹⁹So then, those who suffer according to God’s will^(A) should commit themselves to their faithful Creator and continue to do good.

¹⁹Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God ^(A)commit their souls to Him in doing good, as to a faithful Creator.
