1 Samuel 17:6-8

6 He had bronze greaves on his shins and a bronze spear slung between his shoulders. 7 The shaft[a] of his spear was like a weaver’s beam, and his spearhead was made of fifteen pounds[b] of iron. His shield bearer went out ahead of him.
8 He would stand up and shout to the armies of Israel, “Why have you come out to line up in battle formation? I am a Philistine, and you are servants of Saul, aren’t you? Choose a man to represent you, and let him come down to me.

New International Version
6 on his legs he wore bronze greaves, and a bronze javelin(A) was slung on his back. 7 His spear shaft was like a weaver’s rod,(B) and its iron point weighed six hundred shekels.[a] His shield bearer(C) went ahead of him.
8 Goliath stood and shouted to the ranks of Israel, “Why do you come out and line up for battle? Am I not a Philistine, and are you not the servants of Saul? Choose(D) a man and have him come down to me.
