⁷ The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.

¹¹ To set up on high those that be low; that those which mourn may be exalted to safety.

⁶ The Lord lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.

²⁶ Thus saith the Lord God; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, and abase him that is high.

²¹ And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:
