Amplified Bible
22 May God do so to the enemies of David, and more also, if by morning I leave [alive] even one [a]male of any who belong to him.”
23 When Abigail saw David, she hurried and dismounted from the donkey, and [b]kneeled face downward before David and bowed down to the ground [in respect]. 24 [c]Kneeling at his feet she said, “My lord, let the blame and guilt be on me alone. And please let your maidservant speak [d]to you, and listen to the words of your maidservant.

22 May God deal with David,[a] be it ever so severely,(A) if by morning I leave alive one male(B) of all who belong to him!”
23 When Abigail saw David, she quickly got off her donkey and bowed down before David with her face to the ground.(C) 24 She fell at his feet and said: “Pardon your servant, my lord,(D) and let me speak to you; hear what your servant has to say.
