18 Instruct them to do what is good, to be rich in good works,(A) to be generous, willing to share,(B) 19 storing up for themselves a good reserve[a] for the age to come,(C) so that they may take hold of life that is real.
Guard the Heritage
20 Timothy, guard what has been entrusted to you,(D) avoiding(E) irreverent, empty speech and contradictions from the “knowledge” that falsely bears that name.(F)

20 Timothy, guard what has been entrusted(E) to your care. Turn away from godless chatter(F) and the opposing ideas of what is falsely called knowledge,
