20 (C)Timothy, protect (D)what has been entrusted to you, avoiding (E)worldly, empty chatter and the opposing arguments of what is falsely called “knowledge”— 21 which some have professed and thereby have (F)gone astray [a]from (G)the faith.

20 Timothy, guard what has been entrusted(C) to your care. Turn away from godless chatter(D) and the opposing ideas of what is falsely called knowledge, 21 which some have professed and in so doing have departed from the faith.(E)
