¹² When Moab appears at her high place,^(A)
    she only wears herself out;
when she goes to her shrine^(B) to pray,
    it is to no avail.^(C)

³⁵ In Moab I will put an end
    to those who make offerings on the high places^(A)
    and burn incense^(B) to their gods,”
declares the Lord.
