³⁵ And ^(A)the king appointed Benaiah the son of Jehoiada over the army in his place, and the king appointed ^(B)Zadok the priest ^(C)in place of Abiathar.

¹⁹ You shall give to the Levitical priests who are from the descendants of ^(A)Zadok, who come ^(B)near to Me to serve Me,’ declares the Lord God, ‘a ^[a](C)bull as a ^(D)sin offering.

¹¹ It shall be for the priests who are sanctified of the ^(A)sons of Zadok, who have ^[a]taken the responsibility I gave them, who did not go astray when the sons of Israel went astray as the ^(B)Levites went astray.
