² The kings of the earth set themselves,
And the ^(A)rulers take counsel together,
Against the Lord and against His ^(B)Anointed,^[a] saying,

^17 (A)There I will make the ^[a]horn of David grow;
^(B)I will prepare a lamp for My ^[b]Anointed.
