³⁵ Then ^(A)I will raise up for Myself a faithful priest who shall do according to what is in My heart and in My mind. ^(B)I will build him a sure house, and he shall walk before ^(C)My anointed forever.

^11 (A)since the time that I commanded judges to be over My people Israel, and have caused you to rest from all your enemies. Also the Lord ^[a]tells you ^(B)that He will make you a ^[b]house.

²⁷ For You, O Lord of hosts, God of Israel, have revealed this to Your servant, saying, ‘I will build you a house.’ Therefore Your servant has found it in his heart to pray this prayer to You.

²⁸ “And now, O Lord God, You are God, and ^(A)Your words are true, and You have promised this goodness to Your servant. ²⁹ Now therefore, let it please You to bless the house of Your servant, that it may continue before You forever; for You, O Lord God, have spoken it, and with Your blessing let the house of Your servant be blessed ^(B)forever.”

³⁸ Then it shall be, if you heed all that I command you, walk in My ways, and do what is right in My sight, to keep My statutes and My commandments, as My servant David did, then ^(A)I will be with you and ^(B)build for you an enduring house, as I built for David, and will give Israel to you.

¹⁰ therefore behold! ^(A)I will bring disaster on the house of Jeroboam, and ^(B)will cut off from Jeroboam every male in Israel, ^(C)bond and free; I will take away the remnant of the house of Jeroboam, as one takes away refuse until it is all gone.
