10 But as for us, the Lord is our God, and we have not abandoned him. We have priests ministering to the Lord who are descendants of Aaron, and Levites for their service. 11 They offer to the Lord every morning and every evening burnt-offerings and fragrant incense, set out the rows of bread on the table of pure gold, and care for the golden lampstand so that its lamps may burn every evening; for we keep the charge of the Lord our God, but you have abandoned him. 12 See, God is with us at our head, and his priests have their battle trumpets to sound the call to battle against you. O Israelites, do not fight against the Lord, the God of your ancestors; for you cannot succeed.’

The priests who serve the Lord are sons of Aaron, and the Levites assist them. 11 Every morning and evening(A) they present burnt offerings and fragrant incense(B) to the Lord. They set out the bread on the ceremonially clean table(C) and light the lamps(D) on the gold lampstand every evening. We are observing the requirements of the Lord our God. But you have forsaken him. 12 God is with us; he is our leader. His priests with their trumpets will sound the battle cry against you.(E) People of Israel, do not fight against the Lord,(F) the God of your ancestors, for you will not succeed.”(G)
